MANAGEMENT TYPES TO SHARE DECISION MAKING WITH EMPLOYEES
Abstract
In this work paper, the author’s goal is to examine and review the effects of participation of the employees in the determination of the policy of the organization they belong to– phenomenon that gains acceleration and is expressed in various places, especially in the times of globalization and distant working from home at times of Covid-19 crisis. To make a team be united, decision sharing is a must.
